Istanbul, Türkiye – Politeknik Piksi Ganesha reaffirmed its commitment to global sustainable development through its active participation in the Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC) 2025. Representing the institution, Ms. Ai Susi Susanti, S.ST., M.M., MOS, Vice Director for Academic Affairs, attended the Opening Ceremony and Keynote Sessions held at the Harbiye Auditorium, Floor B2.

The opening event brought together delegates from around the world, featuring a compelling welcome speech from Phil Baty, Chief Global Affairs Officer at Times Higher Education. One of the major highlights of the day was the keynote session titled “Policy Pathways: Ministerial Visions for Green Growth.” High-level government representatives—including Cetin Ali Donmez, Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology of Türkiye, and Nazım Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Education of Northern Cyprus—shared their countries’ pioneering approaches to sustainability and green economic transformation.

Another impactful session, “Educating for a Sustainable Future: Türkiye’s Vision and Contribution,” led by Erol Özvar, President of the Council of Higher Education of Türkiye, underscored the vital role of education in equipping future generations with the values and capabilities needed to confront climate change and embrace sustainable development.
